Actually most people describe me as the only software developer they know that is a customer 'magician' and out-of-the-box 'technologist' that loves automation, software and the web.

I DEEPLY love customer services AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS.

I'm excited by things that are simple, intuitive, easy to use, yet powerful to accomplish the extraordinary.

I love well crafted software and websites. I love companies that have their customers as top priority.

There are a million things I want to try and learn, to do, to be better at. Time always seems to be too short. Learning is one of my favorite hobbies.

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, running, playing soccer and going to the gym. It's amazing how feeling joyful and exercise estimulate the flow of great ideas.

I've also been involved with OCR technologies for several years with some key players in the Enterprise Content Management space.

For me, creating an awesome product is all about the wow on the customer's face. As I see it, the purpose of it all, is to alleviate the customer's pain, streamline their internal processes and make their work easier and more enjoyable. This is the essence of technology.

  • Thesis: Dimflare

First person to design, develop and architect software in Latin America, performing mathematical forecasting of gas flare heat wave dispersion and risk engineering calculations according to American Petroleum Institute standards for Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA).

My algorithms, full application lifecycle and data management slashed man hour costs by determining with a high degree of certainty flare dispersion in a given field area within the oil refinery and therefore allowing an accurate forecast of possible heat radiation waves caused by the dispersion, thus minimizing risk to personnel working on the ground and improving overall flare operations.

Furthermore, the customer was impressed with the level of service provided.
